Vi behandler følgende kategorier af data:

• Brugerdata (navn, e-mailadresse, loginoplysninger)
• Billeddata fra vildtkameraer
• AI-afledt metadata (art, antal, dato, tidspunkt, GPS)
• GPS-koordinater for enheder
• Tekniske data (enhedstype, netværksinformation)

3. Formål med behandling

Personoplysninger behandles udelukkende til følgende formål:

• Levering og vedligeholdelse af Jäger App
• Drift, fejlsøgning og teknisk support
• Generering af anonymiserede og aggregerede vildt-observationer
• Deling af aggregerede datasæt med myndigheder og forskningsinstitutioner

4. Databehandling og hosting

Data hostes i Microsoft Azure (West Europe). Azure driver datacentre certificeret efter internationalt anerkendte standarder, herunder ISO 27001, ISO 9001 og SOC 2.

Alle data behandles inden for EU/EØS i overensstemmelse med GDPR.

4.1 Administrativ adgang

Autoriseret personale hos Plature kan i begrænsede og dokumenterede tilfælde få adgang til billeddata, når det er nødvendigt for drift, support, fejlsøgning, sikkerhedshændelser eller efter udtrykkelig anmodning fra brugeren.

Adgang styres via roller, begrænses til et lille antal betroede medarbejdere og logges i henhold til interne sikkerhedspolitikker.

5. Sikkerhedsforanstaltninger

Plature anvender stærke tekniske og organisatoriske sikkerhedsforanstaltninger, herunder:

• Krypteret datatransmission
• Dedikeret APN og lukket mobiladgang via Telenor (MDA)
• Rollebaseret adgangskontrol efter need-to-know-princippet
• Løbende sikkerhedsopdateringer og regelmæssige backups
• Automatisk anonymisering af identificerbare personer og køretøjer, hvor relevant

We process the following categories of data:

• Image data from wildlife cameras
• AI-derived metadata (species, count, date, time, GPS)
• GPS coordinates of devices
• Technical data (device type, network information)

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Delivery and maintenance of the Jäger App
• System operation, troubleshooting and technical support
• Generation of anonymised and aggregated wildlife observations
• Sharing aggregated datasets with public authorities and research institutions

4. Data Processing and Hosting

Data is hosted in Microsoft Azure (West Europe). Azure operates data centres certified under internationally recognised standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and SOC 2.

All data is processed within the EU/EEA in compliance with the GDPR.

4.1 Administrative Access

Authorised Plature personnel may, in limited and documented cases, access image data where necessary for system operation, technical support, troubleshooting, security incidents or upon explicit user request.

Such access is role-based, restricted to a limited number of trusted employees and subject to internal security policies and logging.

Plature applies strong technical and organisational security measures, including:

• Encrypted data transmission
• Dedicated APN and closed mobile access via Telenor (MDA)
• Role-based access control following the need-to-know principle
• Continuous security updates and regular backups
• Automatic anonymisation of identifiable persons and vehicles, where applicable
